Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Custom orders may take. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on the way.

If you’re on a tight timeline, please contact us before placing your order. We’ll let you know if rush processing or upgraded shipping is available.
🔍 Where’s my tracking info?
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Didn’t see it? Check your spam or promotions folder.
📦 What if my package is delayed, lost, or damaged?
We’re here to help! If:

Please contact us with your order number and any photos (if applicable), and we’ll make it right.
🧾 Can I combine shipping for multiple orders?
Yes! If you place multiple items in a single order, shipping is automatically combined. If you placed separate orders close together, reach out — we may be able to combine them and refund any excess shipping.
🏠 Can I change my shipping address?
Let us know immediately if you need to change your shipping address. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we’ll update it for you. Once shipped, we cannot reroute packages.
