Production & Shipping Times-

Please note that your product(s) are made especially for you after you place your order. Production times vary depending on the type of product ordered. Most items generally ship between 1-5 business days. After your item ships, please allow approximately 2-5 business days for shipping within the United States. Holiday periods may cause delays outside of our control. If you have any questions as your order processes, please feel free to contact us.

Your order may arrive in multiple shipments-

Orders containing different types of products (for example a t-shirt and earrings), may be shipped in multiple shipments.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds-

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted due to items being made to order. However, if there is an issue with your order, PLEASE reach out to us at huskyridgecraftsandgifts@gmail.com or send a message on Facebook so we can work together to make it right.

No returns, refunds or exchanges are available for incorrect sizes. Please be sure to check the listing photos for size charts. Another way to help ensure a good fit is to find your favorite fitting shirt, measure it, then compare it to the size chart.

Lost or stolen packages

Husky Ridge Crafts and Gifts is not responsible for packages that become lost or stolen. If you believe a package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to work to locate it.

Address Corrections & Changes

Address changes cannot be guaranteed due to the short production time; however, we will do our best to assist you. Please email us at huskyridgecraftsandgifts@gmail.com or send a message on Facebook with your changes as soon as possible.
