REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Husky Ridge Crafts and Gifts, many of our items are made to order, personalized, or prepared specifically for your purchase. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or other reasons unrelated to an error or problem with your order.

Please review all listing information, photos, measurements, size charts, and other details carefully before placing your order. If you have questions about an item or sizing, please contact us before ordering. We are happy to help!

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at huskyridgecraftsandgifts@gmail.com or send us a message through our Facebook page.

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund when appropriate.

No restocking fee will be charged when the issue is the result of an error on our part or an item arrives damaged or defective.

INCORRECT SIZE

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds because an incorrect size was ordered.

For wearable items, including our dog bandanas, please carefully review the size chart provided in the listing before ordering. A helpful way to determine the appropriate size is to measure an item you already own that fits well and compare those measurements with the size chart.

If you are unsure which size to choose, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to help.

REFUSED, UNCLAIMED, OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Please do not refuse delivery of your package.

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us by the shipping carrier for any reason, the original shipping charge is not refundable. If the package is returned to us and you would like it shipped again, you will be responsible for the cost of the new shipping label.

If a refund is approved after a package has been returned to us, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the eligible merchandise amount. Any shipping costs, return-to-sender fees, or other costs incurred by Husky Ridge Crafts and Gifts are also non-refundable.

For made-to-order or personalized items, a refund may not be available if the item was created specifically for your order.

APPROVED RETURNS OR REFUNDS

Husky Ridge Crafts and Gifts does not accept ordinary returns or exchanges. However, in limited circumstances, we may agree to accept a return or issue a refund at our discretion.

When a return or refund is approved for a reason unrelated to an error, damage, or defect on our part, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the merchandise refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is necessary because of an error on our part.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

If you discover that you entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to correct the address before it is sent.

CANCELLATIONS

Because many of our products are made to order, orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests before production or processing has begun. Once an item has entered production or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

OUR GOAL

We want you to be happy with your purchase. While we cannot accept ordinary returns or exchanges, if there is a genuine problem with your order, please contact us rather than sending an item back without authorization.
